Fisendo is not open yet. The app carries the holding page and nothing more — four screens, and one field that takes an email address so we can tell you when the site opens.
That is the whole app, so most of what can go wrong is short to describe.
Write to us
It is read by a person, and answered within two working days. There is no ticket system, no chatbot and no phone line.
The form will not submit
Check the address for a typo, then try again with a connection. The app sends nothing until you press the button, so a submission that fails has left nothing behind and can simply be repeated.
If it still fails, write to us and say which screen you were on. That is enough for us to find it.
Take my address off the list
Write to hello@fisendo.com from the address you signed up with and we will remove it. No form, no account, no confirmation loop.
Deleting the app does not remove it, because the list is held on our side rather than on your phone.
When does it open
We do not have a date, and we will not invent one. The single email you get when it opens is the whole reason the list exists.
