Who to write to

What we collect

Your email address, if you type it in, and the time you sent it. Nothing on this site or in the app asks for anything else, and there is nothing else to give.

What we do not collect

• No name, no account, no password. There is nothing to sign in to.
• No location. Neither the site nor the app asks where you are.
• No advertising identifier, and no tracking of any kind, here or anywhere else.
• No analytics. We do not measure who visits or what they do.
• No cookies for tracking or advertising.
• No stored IP address, browser user-agent or referring page.

Nothing runs until you submit. The code that sends your address is not loaded while you read the page. It is fetched only when you press the button, so simply visiting sends nothing anywhere.

Why we hold it

To send you one email on the day Fisendo opens.

That is the whole purpose. No newsletter, no updates, no second message, and your address is never sold, rented, shared for marketing or passed to anyone for their own use.

Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and withdrawing it does not affect anything done before you did.

Who else touches it

Google stores the address on our behalf, as our provider. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for anything of their own. Nobody can read the list from outside — only we can.

Your address is held in Europe. It may be processed outside the European Economic Area, and where that happens it is covered by the safeguards data protection law requires.

Apple — if you download the app, Apple handles that download, and whatever it collects is covered by Apple's own privacy policy rather than this one. We receive no personal information from Apple about who has downloaded it.

Nobody else sees it.

How long we keep it

We delete the list within 30 days of sending the launch email, or sooner if you ask us to remove your address before then.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you whether we hold your address, and give you a copy
• correct it
• delete it
• stop using it
• send it to you in a portable form

Write to hello@fisendo.com. We will answer within one month. We do not require you to prove your identity beyond writing from the address in question.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work, or where you think the problem happened.

Children

Fisendo is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

The iPhone app

The app is the same page in native form. It collects the same single address, sends it to the same place, and does nothing else. It requests no permissions — no location, no notifications, no contacts, no camera, no photo library.

To remove an address submitted through the app, write to us. Deleting the app does not delete it, because it is held on our side rather than on your phone.

Changes

Fisendo will open, and when it does this page will be replaced with one describing a product that books hotel rooms. Until then, changes here will be small, and the date at the top will say when they were made.
