These terms cover fisendo.com and the Fisendo iPhone app while Fisendo is closed. By using either, you accept them.
What this is
A page that says Fisendo is coming and takes an address so we can tell you when it arrives.
Nothing here is a service. There is nothing to book, nothing to buy, nothing to search and no advice being given. Nothing on either surface is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to open on any particular date. We may open late, open differently, or not open at all.
The address you give us
Submit your own address, not somebody else's.
In return you get one email on the day it opens, and nothing else — no newsletter, no marketing, no second message. What we do with the address is set out in full on the privacy page.
Do not submit addresses in bulk, automate the form, or use it to send anything anywhere. We may remove any address and refuse any submission without explanation.
What belongs to whom
The Fisendo name, the wordmark, the writing, the design and the code are ours. You may read them, link to them and quote briefly from them. You may not copy the design, reproduce the writing, or present any of it as your own.
The App Store badge and Apple's marks belong to Apple.
The app
The app carries the same page and does the same thing. Downloading it also puts you under Apple's own terms, which sit alongside these and which we do not control. Any problem with the download, the payment (there is none — the app is free) or the store itself is between you and Apple.
Availability
Both surfaces are provided as they are.
We do not promise either will be reachable, correct or free of faults, and we may change, move or withdraw either at any moment without telling you first. A holding page going down costs nobody anything, and we treat it accordingly.
Liability
We are responsible for damage caused deliberately or through gross negligence, and for damage to life, body or health. For everything else — and there is very little else a page like this can cause — our liability is limited to what was foreseeable and typical at the time you used it.
Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and the version on the page when you use it is the one that applies.
When Fisendo opens, these terms are replaced by ones that cover a product you can actually book through. Until then, this is the whole agreement between us.
